Summary
This study is testing whether a medication called tadalafil can help people with a specific type of high blood pressure in the lungs caused by heart problems. Researchers will give the drug to 48 patients for 12 weeks and compare their results to a similar group taking a placebo. The main goal is to see if the drug improves how far patients can walk and reduces their heart failure symptoms.
