Could a common ED drug boost chemo for stomach cancer?

Summary
This study tests whether adding tadalafil (a drug often used for erectile dysfunction) to standard chemotherapy can help shrink stomach or gastroesophageal junction tumors before surgery. About 10 adults with resectable cancer will take tadalafil alone for two weeks, then combined with chemo for eight weeks. Researchers will check safety and how the treatment affects the tumor's immune environment.
