Summary

This study tests a non-invasive brain stimulation method called tACS in 30 teens aged 12-18 who have first-episode depression and have never taken antidepressants. The goal is to see if tACS can safely reduce depression symptoms and improve emotional and thinking skills. Participants will receive either real or sham stimulation over several sessions, and their progress will be tracked with standard depression and anxiety scales.
