Summary

This study tested a special toothpaste containing tacrolimus to help manage painful mouth sores caused by chronic graft vs. host disease (cGVHD) after a stem cell transplant. Seven patients under 40 years old used the toothpaste alongside their regular medicines. The goal was to see if it could reduce mouth ulcers and improve comfort.
