Summary
This early-phase study tests a new therapy using a patient's own immune cells (T cells) trained to attack proteins found on myeloma cells. It includes adults with active multiple myeloma or high-risk precursor conditions (MGUS or smoldering myeloma). The main goals are to find a safe dose and understand side effects, while also checking if the cells can slow or stop the disease.
