Summary
This study tested whether a new eye drop, T2769, works as well as the existing drop Hylo-Forte for people with moderate to severe dry eye. 74 adults who still had dry eye symptoms despite using artificial tears took part. The main goal was to see if T2769 could reduce eye surface damage (measured by staining) as effectively as Hylo-Forte over 36 days.
