Summary
This study compares thinking skills, memory, and emotional health in 264 children and young adults with type 1 diabetes (ages 10-21) against 132 healthy peers. Researchers will use puzzles, memory games, and questionnaires to measure IQ, attention, and mental health. The goal is to understand how diabetes affects brain development in Indian youth, where the condition is becoming more common.
