NCT ID NCT03069378

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining T-VEC (a virus that attacks cancer cells) with pembrolizumab (an immunotherapy) can shrink tumors in people with advanced sarcoma that cannot be removed by surgery. About 41 adults with certain sarcoma types will receive both drugs. The main goal is to see how many patients have their tumors shrink or disappear. This is not a cure, but aims to control the disease.
