New spray could help fight cavities in kids

This study tested whether a calcium-based spray could help reduce early tooth decay in young children. Fifteen children used either a placebo, a calcium spray, or a calcium spray with fluoride for two months. Researchers measured changes in saliva calcium, plaque bacteria, and cavity areas to see if the spray made a difference.
