Summary
This study is testing a drug called T-DXd (Trastuzumab deruxtecan) for people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer that has spread to the brain. The main goal is to see how well the drug controls the cancer in the brain and how long it keeps it from getting worse. It will also closely monitor for a serious but rare side effect that can affect the lungs.
