Summary
This study is testing a drug called T-DXd (Trastuzumab deruxtecan) for people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer that has spread to the brain. The main goal is to see how well the drug can delay the growth of cancer in the brain. It will also monitor for serious side effects, especially a lung condition called interstitial lung disease.
