First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding the targeted drug T-DM1 to standard chemoradiation can prevent HER2-positive salivary gland cancer from returning after surgery. About 37 adults with advanced but removable tumors will receive the drug alongside standard care. Researchers will track cancer recurrence over two years and monitor side effects.
