Summary
This study is for breast cancer patients who developed low platelet counts (thrombocytopenia) after previous chemotherapy. It tests whether the drug T-DM1 can be given safely while keeping platelet levels in a safe range. About 56 adults aged 18-75 will participate. The goal is to manage platelet counts so patients can continue their cancer treatment.
