First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a special test that measures T cells in the blood can predict how well a combination of immunotherapy and chemotherapy works for people with advanced small cell lung cancer. Researchers will enroll 40 patients who have not had treatment before. The goal is to see if the test can help doctors know which patients will benefit most from this treatment.
