New bladder cancer drug faces off against standard treatment in phase 2 trial

Summary
This study compares a new drug called SYS6002 to an existing drug (PADCEV) in people with advanced bladder cancer that has worsened after chemotherapy and immunotherapy. About 100 adults aged 18-80 will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The main goal is to check safety and side effects, while also measuring how well each drug shrinks tumors. The trial has not started recruiting yet.
