Summary

This early-stage study tests whether tiny particles from stem cells, injected into the spinal fluid, can safely help people with syringomyelia whose symptoms persist after surgery or observation. 18 adults aged 18-70 will receive a single dose to check for side effects and any improvement in spinal cord function.
