Summary
This early-stage study tests a new treatment called SynKIR-110 for people with advanced ovarian cancer, bile duct cancer, or mesothelioma that has come back. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to better attack cancer cells that have a protein called mesothelin. The main goals are to check if the treatment is safe and possible to give, and to find the right dose for future studies.
