Summary
This study tests whether taking a daily combination of a prebiotic (Berberine) and a postbiotic (inactivated Bifidobacterium Longum) can reduce intestinal discomfort in adults aged 18 to 75. Participants with mild to moderate abdominal pain will take the supplement or a placebo for several weeks. The goal is to see if this synbiotic blend improves symptoms and quality of life.
