Summary
This study tests whether having people with advanced chronic kidney disease (stages 4 and 5) regularly report their symptoms through an app—and sharing that info with their kidney doctor—can improve their quality of life. About 70 adults will either use the app for 12 months or receive usual care. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helps doctors better manage symptoms.
