First seen Feb 23, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 10-week symptom management handbook, plus telephone health coaching, can reduce symptom severity and improve quality of life for people with metastatic breast, GI, or melanoma cancer and their caregivers. About 200 patient-caregiver pairs will take part. The goal is to see if adding coaching to the handbook helps more than the handbook alone.
