Summary
This early study tests a new treatment called SY001 for people with advanced ovarian or pancreatic cancer that has not responded to prior therapy. SY001 uses specially engineered immune cells (CAR-macrophages) to attack cancer cells that carry a protein called mesothelin. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for side effects, not to cure the disease.
