New drug combo targets Hard-to-Treat blood cancer

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called SX-682, alone or with another drug (decitabine), in people with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), a type of blood cancer. The main goal is to find the safest dose and understand side effects. About 151 adults whose MDS has not responded to prior treatments will participate.
