First seen Feb 26, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looks at 100 adults with wet age-related macular degeneration who switched to a higher dose (8 mg) of the drug aflibercept. The goal is to see if this new dose allows them to go longer between eye injections while still controlling the disease. Researchers will compare injection intervals, vision outcomes, and side effects before and after the switch using medical records.
