First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at whether switching from the eye drop Restasis to a new drop called TRYPTYR can better relieve dry eye symptoms. About 100 adults who have used Restasis for at least a month but are still unhappy with their dry eye will take part. Researchers will measure tear production and symptom scores over 28 days to see if TRYPTYR works better.
