Summary
This study tested if switching from banned e-cigarette flavors (like fruit or candy) to a tobacco flavor or nicotine pouches can improve breathing symptoms in daily vapers. 163 adults who used flavored e-cigarettes daily for at least 6 months took part. Researchers measured inflammation and oxidative stress in the blood and breath to see if the switch helped.
