This study tests a new device called SwimCount Harvester that prepares sperm for IVF. It compares the device to standard methods in 1,600 couples undergoing IVF with genetic testing. The goal is to see if the device leads to more usable embryos and more normal embryos. The study is for couples where the female partner is 21-45 and the male partner provides a sperm sample meeting minimum quality standards.
