New pill shows promise for rare lung cancer mutations in early trial

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called sutetinib maleate in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has uncommon EGFR mutations. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. About 66 adults will take the capsule and be monitored for response and side effects.
