Summary
This study tested a 24-week program for 106 Medicaid members with stage 2 cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic syndrome. The program offered food support, nutrition counseling, and help with social needs. Researchers wanted to see if people would stick with the program and if it improved their nutrition security.
