Patients speak out: national survey reveals what matters most during dialysis transitions

Summary
This study aims to understand what matters most to patients and caregivers when switching from peritoneal dialysis (home dialysis) to hemodialysis (clinic dialysis). Researchers will survey 200 adults across Canada who have recently made this switch, are currently on peritoneal dialysis, or are caregivers. The results will help create better support programs for people facing this common but challenging transition.
