Patients speak out: what really matters when dialysis changes

NCT ID NCT07437677

Summary

This study aims to understand what matters most to patients and caregivers when switching from peritoneal dialysis (home dialysis) to hemodialysis (clinic dialysis). Researchers will survey 200 people across Canada who have recently made this transition, are currently on peritoneal dialysis, or care for someone in these situations. The goal is to gather insights that will help improve support and care planning for future patients facing similar dialysis changes.
