Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug surufatinib to standard chemotherapy before and after surgery helps people with high-risk or borderline resectable pancreatic cancer. About 106 adults aged 18-75 will be randomly assigned to receive either the combination or chemo alone. The main goal is to see if the combination leads to more complete tumor removals during surgery.
