Summary
This study tests a once-weekly injection called tirzepatide in adults who are obese or overweight with related health issues like high blood pressure. About 2,500 participants will receive one of three doses or a placebo, along with diet and exercise advice. The main goal is to see how much weight they lose and if it is safe over 72 weeks.
