New device aims to give surgeons a break during common surgery
NCT ID NCT07445880
Summary
This study tested whether a new self-locking surgical tool could make hysterectomy surgery less tiring for surgeons. One hundred patients were randomly assigned to have their surgery using either the new tool or the standard method where an assistant holds the tool. The main goal was to see if using the new tool reduced the surgeon's feeling of physical fatigue during the operation.
