First seen Dec 12, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether two immunotherapy drugs, cemiplimab alone or combined with fianlimab, can eliminate tumors in older adults (age 70+) or those unfit for surgery with a specific genetic type of colorectal cancer (MSI-H). The goal is to achieve a complete response, meaning no cancer is found on scans or after surgery, allowing patients to avoid or delay surgery. The trial enrolls 44 participants and monitors them for 24 months.
