Summary

This study compares two treatments for arm and hand spasticity (muscle stiffness) caused by stroke, spinal cord injury, or brain injury. Thirty adults who already get Botox injections will also receive corrective surgery, allowing doctors to see which approach works better for each person. The goal is to improve movement and daily activities.
