Summary
This study looks at whether giving surfactant over 1 minute or 5 minutes helps very premature babies (under 28 weeks) stay more stable. Surfactant is a lifesaving treatment for breathing problems. The researchers will measure oxygen levels in the blood and brain to see which speed works better. 76 babies will take part.
