Can jogging slower than walking actually boost your fitness? new study investigates

NCT ID NCT07309263

Summary

This study aims to understand how two different types of exercise affect breathing and fitness in young adults who don't regularly work out. Researchers will compare the effects of super-slow jogging (a very gentle, walking-paced run) to stationary cycling over a training period. The goal is to gather information on which method might be more effective for improving heart and lung health in this population.
