First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new type of CAR-T cell therapy (Sup19) in 9 adults with B-cell leukemia or lymphoma whose cancer either stopped responding to prior CD19-targeted treatments or has weak CD19 markers. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose, while also seeing if the therapy can shrink tumors or lead to remission.
