NCT ID NCT06111781
First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a short course of the oral hormone drug Relugolix to targeted radiation (SBRT) works better than radiation alone for men with unfavorable intermediate-risk prostate cancer. About 60 men will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The goal is to see if the combination lowers PSA levels more effectively and causes fewer sexual and hormonal side effects than standard longer hormone therapy.
