Cancer drug tested as simple skin injection
NCT ID NCT07391670
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new way to give the cancer drug durvalumab—as an injection under the skin instead of through an IV. It will involve about 40 adults with certain advanced solid tumors, including lung and liver cancers. The main goals are to find a dose that works similarly to the IV version and to check how safe it is.
