NCT ID NCT02724488
First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at how tumors evolve when patients with advanced head and neck cancer or melanoma receive immune checkpoint inhibitors. Researchers will analyze DNA from blood samples and tumor biopsies to see how the cancer changes under treatment. The goal is to better understand how tumors adapt, not to test a new treatment. About 14 participants are enrolled.
