Summary
This study looks at 860 Chinese patients with advanced kidney cancer to see which order of treatments works better: starting with one drug combo and switching to another, or the reverse. The goal is to find the best sequence to help patients live longer and feel better. Participants must have a specific risk level and no prior cancer treatment.
