Scientists test how party drugs mix with past opioid use

NCT ID NCT07218549

Summary

This early-stage study aims to understand the safety and effects of common recreational drugs on people who have used opioids like heroin or oxycodone in the past. Researchers will enroll 50 healthy adults with a history of recreational opioid use to measure how these substances make them feel and how their bodies process them. The goal is to gather basic knowledge, not to provide treatment.
