Summary

This study looked at whether a test using cells from the nose can predict how well the drug Orkambi® will improve breathing in people with cystic fibrosis. 91 participants with a specific genetic mutation (F508del) took part. The goal was to see if the lab test could serve as a reliable marker for real-world lung function improvement.
