Summary
This study tests whether a package of community improvements—like cleaning up vacant lots, fixing abandoned houses, planting trees, and offering financial help—can improve the health of Black children in Philadelphia. About 480 children and their families in 60 neighborhoods will take part. The goal is to see if addressing long-standing unfair investment can close the health gap between Black and White communities.
