Summary

This study aims to understand the causes and genetic patterns of facial and jaw development differences, which can be present from birth or appear during puberty. Researchers will follow 2,400 participants, including people with these conditions, their family members, and healthy volunteers, over many years. The study involves regular check-ups, photos, 3D scans, and genetic samples to build a detailed database, but does not test any treatments.
