Heart device study probes dangerous blood clot mystery

Summary
This study aims to better understand blood clots that can form on a heart device implanted to prevent stroke. It will follow 100 patients who have already developed one of these clots to see how often the clot persists or comes back, and what health risks that poses. The goal is to gather clearer information to help doctors manage this complication in the future.
