Summary
This early-stage study tested whether a cream containing sildenafil (the active ingredient in Viagra) and L-arginine can increase blood flow in the genital area of healthy premenopausal women. Thirteen women participated and watched videos to measure changes in temperature using a special camera. The goal was to see if the cream could help with sexual arousal disorder.
