Summary
This study is testing whether taking two oral medications, Onureg and Venetoclax, together is safe and effective for people with a high-risk type of myelodysplastic syndromes (a blood cancer) who cannot receive a stem cell transplant. The trial involves 36 participants and aims to find the best dose and treatment duration. The goal is to control the disease and improve blood counts, not to cure it, as ongoing management is expected.
