Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (liposomal irinotecan, temozolomide, and bevacizumab) in 24 people with advanced soft tissue sarcoma that has come back or not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to see if the combo can slow tumor growth and control the disease. Participants must have tried at least one other systemic therapy and have measurable tumors.
